Our Story

 

You might know us by our original name, Collgar Wind Farm, the largest wind farm in Western Australia.

In 2022, Collgar Wind Farm was renamed to Collgar Renewables. This was to broaden our portfolio and find additional renewable energy projects to develop in order to contribute to the supply of clean energy to Western Australia.

Our mission is to drive innovation in the energy sector, and find meaningful solutions towards decarbonisation.

Collgar Renewables is proud to be 100% Australian owned.

We are wholly owned by the Retail Employees Superannuation Trust (Rest). Rest is one of the largest profit-to-member superannuation funds in Australia by membership, with around 1.9 million members and around $70 billion in funds under management (as at 31 December 2022).
